Employee Termination / End of Service
Calculate a complete final settlement once — and lock it.
What it does
Calculates and records an employee's end-of-service settlement: outstanding salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, loans, end-of-service allowance, holiday and vacation allowance, social security, income tax, unreturned company property, and the resulting net total.
How it works
Select the employee
The form pulls their current job, branch, and employment date for context, and defaults the end date to their contract end date.
Calculate the settlement
The server computes every component — salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, outstanding loans, end-of-service allowance, unused vacation, custody owed, tax, and social security — from the employee's actual history as of that date.
Save once
A saved termination can't be recalculated or edited — only reversed with Delete, which un-terminates the employee.
The problem it solves
End-of-service settlements are legally and financially sensitive, and recalculating them after the fact — even by accident — invites disputes. Computing every component server-side from real records, and locking it after one save, gives both the company and the employee one definitive number, and automatically excludes the employee from future payroll runs.
