Employee Master

One record for everything about an employee — identity, org placement, salary, and banking.

What it does

The central employee record: personal and ID details, where they sit in the org chart, contract terms, vacation entitlements, salary figures, insurance, and banking — including the general ledger account payroll postings settle into.

How it works

Capture identity

Name, gender, marital status, date of birth, ID type and number, national number, and dependents.

Place them in the org

Section, job title, branch, supervisor, shift, and contract type and dates — picking a job title suggests its configured basic salary automatically.

Set pay and banking

Basic and social-security salary, insurance company and level, bank and IBAN, and the linked account payroll and loan vouchers post against.

The problem it solves

Without one authoritative employee record, payroll, attendance, and accounting each end up working off different assumptions about who's employed, what they're paid, and where their money should land. Every downstream calculation — salary, tax, social security, termination — reads from this same record, so they can't disagree with each other.
