Movements Schedule
Post the same payroll movement to a whole batch of employees in one go.
What it does
A bulk entry tool for HR movements - bonuses, deductions, allowances, and similar transaction types - applied to many employees at once for a given month, instead of entering each one individually. Pick a movement category and type, add employees with a per-person amount and payment/installment count, and post the whole batch together.
How it works
Choose the movement type and month
Select the movement category and specific type (for example a particular allowance or deduction) and the month it applies to.
Add employees in bulk
Search and multi-select the employees this batch applies to, then set each one's amount and how many installments it should be paid over.
Post the batch
Posting creates one pending movement per employee, which lands in the normal HR approval queue exactly like a movement entered one at a time - this is an on-demand batch action, not an automatic recurring scheduler.
The problem it solves
When the same bonus, deduction, or allowance needs to apply to a large group of employees - a department-wide allowance, an end-of-year bonus - entering it one employee at a time is slow and error-prone. Batching it into a single reviewed action, while still routing every individual entry through the same approval process as normal, keeps HR's oversight intact without the repetitive data entry.
