Attendance Schedule

Build each employee's weekly work pattern once, then reuse and adjust it fast.

What it does

A weekly shift-roster editor for one employee at a time: pick a week and set each of its seven days to a named shift (which auto-fills the time range and rest minutes) or to manually entered hours, and flag any day as vacation. Saving replaces that employee's whole week in one go.

How it works

Find the employee

Narrow the employee list by branch, section, or job title before picking who to schedule.

Assign a shift per day

Selecting a shift for a day fills in its time range and rest minutes automatically; times can also be typed in directly for one-off exceptions.

Apply to the whole week or copy last week

One day's settings can be applied to all seven at once, or last week's saved schedule can be copied forward - both cut repetitive weekly setup down to a couple of clicks.

Save the week

Saving commits the full seven-day schedule for that employee, which is what the Attendance screen compares actual punches against.

The problem it solves

Without a per-employee schedule to compare against, 'late' and 'absent' have no meaning - the system would have nothing to measure punches against. Letting schedules vary week to week (and person to person) also matches how real businesses actually staff shift work, rotating days off and shift patterns rather than forcing everyone onto one fixed company-wide clock.
